Fragrance Oils...

We are adding new Fragrant Oils in the hopes of offering the largest selection of fragrant oils possible! Right now we are looking for Customer Feedback on some fragrance types you wish we carried. Simply click on the "Comment" link beneath this entry and let us know!

We are also trying to improve our Fragrant Oil descriptions. If you have any feedback on a favourite, we'd love to add it to our site.

New Soap Making Bundles...

We are finalizing a new range of Soap Making Starter Kits! They are going to include various Stephenson Melt & Pour Bases, Soap Molds, Color and Fragrance, and of course, no starter kit is complete without a book!

The benefit to Customer's is that they will save money buying the bundle! We'll keep you posted in the coming days once pricing is finalized...

Melt & Pour Soap Arrival Update...

We were just notified that our next container of Stephenson Melt & Pour Soap is scheduled for a late July delivery. On it will be 3 new products:

Stephenson Shea Butter Melt & Pour Base - in 2 Lb bricks
Stephenson Liquid Crystal Concentrate - foundation for shampoo, body wash, bubble bath, etc...
Stephenson Liquid Suspending Soap - a unique product with incredible versatility

More information will be made available on-line as we approach the delivery date.

Shipping Costs

As we noted last week, we were working with a company to devise a special pricing schedule for pallet sized and multiple pallet shipments. Just this morning we successfully finished negotiations on special flat rates to most of the Continental United States and the Canadian provinces of Ontario and Quebec through the 401 corridor.

We have a training session tomorrow morning and it is our goal that immediately afterwards, our Customer Service Representatives will be able to give shipping rates on the spot for all pallet and multiple pallet orders.

3D Soap Molds

We are waiting for our new line of 3D soap molds to arrive! We're expecting to have them by late next week. These were added based on feedback from our customers.

If anyone has any other products they'd like to see us add, just add a comment. In some case it may take us a while to find a quality, direct source supplier, but we can promise we'll work on it!

New Bulk Soap Pricing...

In an effort to streamline our Stephenson Melt and Pour Soap sales, we've created a bulk pricing schedule. All you have to do is call in and any of our Customer Service Representatives will be able to offer bulk pricing on anything over 500 Lbs...

NO delays...

We're also working on finalizing an arrangement with a large shipping company for very aggressive Pallet rates across the United States and both Ontario and Quebec in Canada. Our Customer Service Representatives will then be able to give you shipping quotes on the spot.
